If this is your first time attempting to log into Bitbucket, your username is your network domain username. For instance, if you log into your computer with 'CLINITEC/jdoe' your username in Bitbucket is 'jdoe'. Your password is your network domain password. Please note that not all NextGen employees have access to Bitbucket.
Your Bitbucket account is controlled by your network domain login, and Bitbucket cannot change your password on your behalf. If you would like to change your password or have another inquiry, please do so via a Service Desk Ticket or make a request in #talk-to-is in Slack. Please note that a password change will affect all applications connected to your network domain Active Directory account, potentially impacting your ability to log into your computer, Office365, or other systems.
